The Business specialises in rare breed pork favouring Gloucester Old Spot, Large Black and British Lop breed which are grown on two local farms.Has been accredited by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust for the last ten years thereby ensuring total traceability.
Making 10,000 sausages by hand weekly to a dozen different recipes with the proud claim that each is plump juicy meaty and succulent. Traditional curers of bacon gammon and hams and smokers using oak from sustainable scources.
