Now 15 years on he boasts two modern retail shops at Swafield and Holt supplying wholesale to Farm shops throughout Norfolk including Sandringham Estate but also prestigious Hotels and  Pubs.

The Business specialises in rare breed pork favouring Gloucester Old Spot, Large Black and British Lop breed which are grown on two local farms.Has been accredited by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust for the last ten years thereby ensuring total traceability.

Making 10,000 sausages by hand weekly to a dozen different recipes with the proud claim that each is plump juicy meaty and succulent. Traditional curers of bacon gammon and hams and smokers using oak from sustainable scources.

Toombs Butchers Limited has grown steadily to become a major provider of quality produce to both the catering trade and our shop-based customers. We are passionate about the quality of our produce and committed to sourcing quality Beef, Lamb, Blythburg Free Range Pork and Poultry from local suppliers wherever possible with traceability on all our goods.

We offer a wide range of products including our own ‘home-cocked’ meats to the exotic Wagyu Beef. Our beef is hung for 2/3 weeks giving that extra attention to the end result.

Our delivery service is available 6 days per week across East Anglio and we ensure the relevant HACCP and food safety procedures are adhere to

The beef is hung tor two/three weeks before being sold.

Lamb, venison, free-range poultry, Gloucester Old Spot pork, wild boar and game in season can be found in the shop, together with free-range eggs. home-cooked hams, tongues, roast beef and handmade sausages.

A retail service operates though our form shop, on-line shop and various farmers markets and wholesale service to catering establishments.
