The courses are aimed at food lovers, people interested in becoming a butcher and we also have a large interest from chefs who wish to broaden their knowledge on butchery skills and cuts of meat.

Another part of the school initiative is to encourage young people into what is a fading trade. The courses are interactive, fun and very hand on.

At the end of the course you will come away with an insight into butchery along with a certificate to prove your attendance.
