The combination of shortcrust pastry together with home cooked ingredients make the pies the ultimate in comfort food and are a godsend to the busy proprietor/chef. The Lamb Shrewsbury pie was recently voted Champion in its category at PBEX Peterborough Roadshow part of the Nation Championship and will be represented in the London Finals in 2009.
